You cannot miss this wholesome Broccoli Almond soup

In case if you don’t know, let us tell you that broccoli is a nutritional powerhouse of vitamins, minerals fiber and antioxidants. Also, it can be eaten cooked or raw. On the other hand, Almonds are nothing less when compared to broccoli in terms of nutrition. So, we have come up with this very special recipe of broccoli almond soup. Read on and give a try!
Ingredients:
Broccoli – 1small
Almond -4-5 no.
Skimmed Milk – 100ml
Garlic – 1tsp minced
Onions – 30g
Black Pepper – a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1tsp
Process:
- At first, boil florets and stalks of broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
- In a pan add oil & onions. Sauté onions followed by adding garlic.
- Add broccoli to the pan and let the flavours mix well.
- Remove from the flame and allow it to cool and then blend well.
- Transfer the paste to the pan and add milk followed by adding roasted almond slurry to it.
- Now, mix it well.
- Finally add salt, pepper and garnish with sautéed crispy broccoli
over top.
