Love raw banana chips? Well, who doesn’t? But worried about calories?
Fret not! we have an another healthy option when it comes to banana chips. So, we bought you this delicious and health-giving raw banana kebabs. Give a quick read and try them, for sure. You won’t be disappointed, trust us!
Ingredients:
Raw banana – 50g
Split Bengal gram (chana dal) – 30g
Chopped onions – 50g
Coriander sprigs chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Cubeb seeds (kebab chini) – 4 corns
Ground pepper – 1 /4th tsp
Salt – ¼ th tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Process:
- Pressure cook/boil raw banana until skin turns tender.
- Then, pressure cook chana dal until they become tender.
- In a bowl, take raw banana and mash with fork and add softened chana dal.
- Now, add the chopped onions, Coriander, red chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cubeb seeds, salt and mix well.
- Take a skewer and shape the mixture around the skewer and then smooth the surface with moist hands until desired shape of kebab is obtained.
- Now, bake or pan fry with very less oil.
