Taste this delicious and nutritious potato curd curry!
Who doesn’t love potatoes? Almost everyone!
Also, potatoes come in many shapes and sizes when we talk about their deliciousness but eating them right is the key to good health. So, we bought this nutritious and delicious recipe of potato curd curry. Try and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Potatoes – 100g (cubed & boiled)
Curd – 50g
Green – Peas 10g
Cumin seeds – ¼ th tsp
Mustard seeds – ¼ th tsp
Coriander – ½ tsp
Ginger – ¼ inch (grated)
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander to garnish
Green chilli – 1 (slit into halves)
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2tsp
Process:
Take a heavy bottom pan and heat oil.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, slit green chilli and allow it to sizzle.
Add ginger and sauté.
Now add green peas and water and then cook for about 10 min till the peas are tender.
Then add boiled potatoes and coriander powder and mix well
Simmer the flame and add thick curd while stirring the mixture.
Let it be on simmer till the curd is infused with spices and gives good aroma.
Continue to cook till the gravy thickens and gives creamy consistency.
Add a pinch of sugar(optional) and salt
Thats’s it. Serve it with phulka’s.
