2 small carrots
1 small cucumber
2 small tomatoes
1 onion
½ tablespoon pepper
1/4th tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
How to prepare?
At first, chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
Make sure you remove seeds from the tomatoes before cutting them.
Take a bowl, add the diced veggies and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Now, add lemon juice to it and mix it well.
Done! Serve it fresh!
