A proper salad made with fresh vegetables and ingredients is a nutritious meal for sure. Another added advantage is that one can be very creative while preparing them. So, we bought this recipe of easy, nutritious and filling tomato cucumber salad for you. Read on and try it for sure.

Ingredients:

Cucumber – 50g (diced)
Tomatoes – 50g (deseeded & diced)
Onions  -20g (sliced)
Fresh Herbs
Home grown micro greens
(optional)/Shepu/coriander
Olive oil – ½ tbsp
Vinegar – ½ tbsp
Pepper – a pinch
Salt – a pinch

Process:

  1. Take a bowl and add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and fresh herbs. Keep it aside.
  2. In another small bowl, make salad dressing by using olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Pour this salad dressing over the vegetables and toss to mix.
  5. Now, serve with any starter or just like that.
