Here’s the recipe for healthy apple-pear juice

Who doesn’t love delicious juices? Especially when they are healthy and offer ample health benefits. So, we have come up with this nutritious and easy-to-make apple and pear juice. Read on and try it!!

Ingredients:

Apple – 50 g
Pear- 50 g
Ice cubes – 2

How to prepare?

1. Peel the apple and pear and chop them into fine pieces
2. Make them into a juice using blender
3. And then add ice cubes.
4. That’s it. Simple.

Note: Do not add sugar to the mixture.

This apple-pear juice gives the energy of 55 Kcals
