Here’s is the recipe for healthy Wheat Rawa Upma
We all know that upma is quick to prepare and offers plenty of health benefits. The healthiest upma is often prepared with fresh and low-fat ingredients. Not just that, upma fills you up with fewer calories. And this leads weight loss along with getting required nutritional values to your body.
So, we have come up with this healthy wheat rawa upma for you!
Ingredients:
Wheat rawa – 30g
Onions – 50g
Carrots- 2 large carrots
Green beans – 20 gm
Curd – 50g
Coriander leaves few sprigs
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1 tsp
Turmeric – a Pinch
Process:
- Take a deep pan and heat oil and then, add onion, chopped carrots and green beans.
- Cook until transparent.
- Now, add turmeric, salt and wheat rawa.
- Sauté well.
- Add water and cook until it thickens.
- Now add beaten curd to it.
- Cook for another 3 minutes until the all flavours are mixed well.
- Wait till the mixture turn into the right consistency
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- That’s it. Serve it hot!
