Mental health matters! Period.  We don’t have to tell you about the importance of mental health because we are sure you all know the lives in fast-paced world struggling mood swings and all.

We strongly recommend you to practice the below mentioned most-effective mind exercises every single for a good lifestyle.

  1. Every morning, try writing the best three things that happened in the previous day. Do it every day.
  2. Send a happy message to your loved ones before starting the work. But write it. Do not forward.
  3. Plant more plants and take care of them.
  4. Make a list of 10 dishes that you love. Even simple ones work. Put it on your refrigerator and make sure that you cook one of them every time you do a productive task.
  5. Create a wall of your own in your home. Fill it with your goals and ambitions. So the wall acts as a reminder.
  6. Write a list of books that you want to read and add a target date to finish them. We would suggest you to read at a chapter or two every day.
  7. Maintain a diary and fill it with best conversations you have had with your closed ones.
  8. Try picking up a favourite moment from your life and start writing a story in the third person
  9. Spend some time for exercise because physical fitness is mandatory
  10. Make some time for meditation as well.
