Do you over think? To be candid, many of us do! In case if you are not aware, over thinking is nothing but thinking about something way too much and it can be linked to psychological problems such as anxiety and depression. Also, it’s it hard to figure out which happens first.

All we say is over thinking can be harmful to our emotional health. Fortunately, we can curb it with the help of mindful practices.

1. To begin with, identify the stressors and sort them out as early as possible. And, if necessary take expert’s help.
2. Awareness is the key so start paying attention to the thoughts
3. Forgive and forget. Usually, over-thinkers dwell on the past and keep repeating the same. So it is always advisable to just forgive and forget the past.
4. Breathe and focus on the moment whenever you feel it is going out of hands
5. Write down the problem and seek for solution. Instead of asking as why it happened, ask how it can’t be solved.
