Pandemic has gripped us all from more than a year and many say that they started living at work. But that shouldn’t be the case. Manage your work schedules in such a way that you can make some time for yourself. Now is the time to change your routine and get those creative juices flowing!

This mental health awareness month, let’s not sit back with our routines and get sick. Choose wisely and stay healthy.
