Here’s how you can deal with Covid anxiety
Dealing with anxiety is a big deal and we understand that it is not easy at all. But it is important to get out of that phase as soon as possible because it leads to many other health troubles. And, it is also true that Covid anxiety exists and if you are wondering as how to treat it more mindfully, this piece is for you.
For instance, wearing face masks and maintaining social distance can also be very helpful. Some “Me” time and self care can also help you out.
Here are few tips as how you can deal with Covid anxiety. Read on.
- Maintain a proper sleep-wake cycle routine
- Avoid too much alcohol, nicotine and caffeine
- Stay active by exercising for at least 20 minutes in the morning and in the evening for another 20 minutes, every single day
- Pick up a new hobby like reading books, painting, cooking etc.
- If you do feel stressed or anxious do make it a point to reach out to your family and close friends and discuss the issue
All we say is do not bottle up your stress and anxiety. Try to unmute yourself by talking to friends or family. Even if that doesn’t work, there is no harm in seeking professional help.
