Can you say NO to sweets? We understand that many avoid or try not to indulge in sweets because of health related issues. But these dates ladoos are very health-giving. So, we have decided to share the recipe with you all. Read on and try them too. But before that, take a look at the health benefits of dates and then decided it for yourself.

Health benefits of dates:

1.High in fiber
2.Good source of potassium helps regulate blood pressure
3.Good source of magnesium hence helps bone formation and strong bones
4. Excellent Natural sweetener

Take a look at the recipe now:

Ingredients:

Deseeded dates – 50 g
Almonds – 10 g
Shredded coconut and also for rolling – 25 g
Salt – a pinch

Process:

At first, cover the dates with hot water for 15 minutes and then drain
Add all the ingredients to grinder
Make sure you grind the mixture until it becomes a sticky dough
Now, divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll into balls
Then, roll them into the shredded coconut
Now, keep them in an airtight container and in fridge. That’s it!

Note: These ladoos can be consumed by all healthy people.
