Ingredients:

2 cups chopped purple cabbage
1 small onion
1 bay leaf
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp black pepper powder (can add more if required)
Salt as per taste
Fresh cream for garnishing as required

Process:
1. In a cooking pan, add oil and then add garlic, onion, bay leaf and saute for 2-3 min till translucent.
2. After this, add chopped purple cabbage and saute for around 5 mins.
3. Open the lid add salt, pepper and let it simmer for some time.
4. Next, transfer this into a mixer jar and blend to a smooth paste. Transfer this to a pan and add remaining ½ cup vegetable broth. Simmer for another 1-2 mins or to your desired consistency.
5. That’s it. Soup is ready.
6. Finally, garnish your soup as desired with fresh cream and bread crumbs.
