What to do:

1. Stay hydrated because it detoxifies your body like nothing else
2. Make sure your diet has plenty of salads, fresh veggies and fruits.
3. Say yes to sunscreen even when you are at home
4. Clean and cleanse
5. Don’t forget your daily dose of exercise. Cycling, swimming, jogging, skipping, gymming, Zumba, Yoga anything will do!
6. Prefer retinol based night cream as it can slow down the aging process

What not to do:

1. Don’t forget to take your make up off with a gentle cleanser or a makeup remover.
2. It’s preferable to start your day with exercise, but in case you miss it, you can squeeze in some time for a jog or yoga.
3. Excessive alcohol can badly affect your skin appearance, quality and fasten ageing.
4. Quit smoking
5. Regular sleeping habits help in building good hormones for your body.
6. Do a digital detox because it’s suggested that spending long hours with digital devices including mobile phones and laptops can adversely affect your skin.
