Here are some of the lifestyle changes, which help in cholesterol control :

  1. Increase physical activity and exercise regularly
  2. Try to increase standing activity
  3. Take daily walk during your lunch hour
  4. Play your favorite sport
  5. Ride your bike to work
  6. Maintain balance in body weight
  7. Eat healthy – Few changes in your diet can reduce cholesterol and improve your heart health
  8. Avoid trans fats
  9. Reduce saturated fats
  10. Include whey protein
  11. Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  12. Increase soluble fiber
  13. Avoid drinking alcohol or drink in moderate
