Procedure:
- From a kneeling position, step one foot to the front and take the other leg back.
- Raise both your hands up completely, both the palms should be touching each other and lift your chest up.
- Hold in this position for 1 min.
- Concentrate on your breathing and maintain a gentle smile on your face.
- After 1 min stand up, relax for 10 secs and do with the other leg.
