Periods are painful and we know it! We all know that it’s a struggle so we bought these simple home remedies that will help relieve your cramps and even alleviate bloating. Take a look and try them on.

  1. Try drinking tea made from cumin seeds because they are anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties.
  2. Go for Chamomile tea. For sure, this wonderful drink relieves pain and improves digestion.
  3. Try massage with sesame oil because it is packed with anti-inflammatory properties and rich in anti-oxidants
  4. Use a heat patch or wrap on your abdomen can help relax the muscles of your uterus because these are the muscles that cause period cramps.
  5. Yoga can also be helpful at reducing period cramps.
