Covid-19: Here are the precautions for dental health

The second wave of COVID-19 infections is spreading like “wildfire” across India and shattering the lives of people. As the current period is very difficult to handle, one has to take all the necessary precautions to stay healthy and safe.

Among many precautions, dental care is very important and one should not neglect it. So, maintaining proper dental hygiene is a must and one can start with the toothbrushes.

Here’s how you can be careful:

1. Make sure you don’t use other person’s toothbrush

2. Keep the toothbrushes separately and make sure their heads don’t touch while storing them

3. Keep your brush at a safe distance from the toilet

4. Also, close the seat of the toilet so that the toothbrush won’t catch any germs and viruses

5. If you have had coronavirus infection, change your toothbrush or the head of the brush without fail.
