Children love to play and no one can stop them. Also, it is inevitable that they get injured. So, the only thing that parents can do is take preventive steps to avoid them.

  1. Take protection: Make your kids wear protective gear like helmets, pads etc. These things definitely help from getting hurt. So, they are must and make your children wear them whenever they are practicing or playing.
  2. Warm them up: It is always advisable to do little warm up before hitting the field. Advise your kids to do stretches and go for a light jog so that they get loosen up and all set to play.
  3. Learn the rules: Teach your kids that knowing the rules of the game is mandatory because they can lessen the chances of getting injured. In simple terms, if one understands the game better, they can be more careful.
  4. Keep an eye: It is good to teach your kids that to look out others too. One of the best ways to do is communicating on the field. This can avoid the injuries most of the time.
  5. Quit it when injured: This is a very important one because if your child plays even after getting hurt, it can worsen the situation. So, don’t allow the children to play if they get injured.
