Babies are great!! But not during nights. Every new parent especially mothers agree to this without a second thought. Many mothers try to help you with this one for sure. But remember every baby is different and one cannot train him or her because sleep sleep training isn’t inherently easy and takes time, effort, and consistency.

In case, if you are looking to sleep train your baby, here are the top 5 tips to get you and your little one started. Read on, new parents.

1. Full feedings: Make sure you baby is fed properly and in full. it’s important that you try and get them into the habit of completing “full feedings,” or staying awake during the entire feed.

2. Same sleeping ambience: It is very important to maintain the same sleeping ambience for your baby. By doing this, your infant will get used to waking up in the same place every day. Also, keep the room dimly lit with white noise running the entire time.

3. Create a routine: We strongly advice to create a routine of Eat, Play and Sleep. This will definitely help your baby to sleep well because consistency is the key, always!

4. Maintain sleeping schedule: It’s important that you try and keep your baby to a fairly regular sleep schedule. This means naps should be at least 30 to 45 minutes but no more than 3 hours.
