Every year on October 12th, world observes Arthritis Day. It aims to raise awareness about the existence and impact of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.

Arthritis is a condition by which millions of people around the world are impacted. Awareness about the cure is an essential part of celebrating World Arthritis Day.

Myth: Only Adults gets impacted by Arthritis

Fact: It can affect people of any age. Rheumatoid arthritis tends to present in people aged 20–40.

Myth: If your joints hurt, it is because of Arthritis

Myth: Heat is better than ice for Joint Pains

Fact: Both ice and heat can soothe sore joints.

Myth: Weather changes can make arthritis worse
