When one thinks of aging, everyone’s concern will be of skin but another most thing to consider is our bones. In fact, with aging many other factors impact the bone health include lack of sunlight, low intake of vitamin D, hormonal changes etc.

It’s high time that one considers about the bone health along with skincare regiments.

It is very well known that we can’t change things genetically, so we need to be more aware of diet and lifestyle habits pertaining to osteoporosis—a condition referring to “porous bones”—which results from low bone density.

It is important to note that Vitamin D and calcium are the most essential nutrients in maintaining healthy bones. Also, exercise is very important to both prevention as well as reversing the effects of osteoporosis.

Another important aspect of our health impacted by low bone density is our posture. Poor posture can contribute to complications during aging as well as our overall health.

So, it is always advisable to take proper care of your bones and build endurance in daily lifestyle activities.
