This time, we bought you the recipe of taste and nutritious baked carrot chips. Read on and give a try because they are easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Carrot – 500g
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – As per the taste
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
Process:
- Peel the carrot and cut them into elongated slices using slicer.
- Place the slices in a large bowl and then add oil, salt, cumin and cardamom powder. Toss well to coat.
- Lay the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees till its edges start to curl and turn crisp.
- Then flip the chips and bake it for 3 minutes so that they are totally done.
- Once done, cool and store in air tight container.
