Enjoy this fried chicken!

Who doesn’t love chicken especially when it is fried? Sounds yum, right! You don’t have to hold back because every once in a while, you can enjoy some amazing fried chicken. Just make sure that it is made well.

So, we bought this recipe for you. Give a try!

Ingredients:

Chicken breast – 200g
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
White flour (Maida) – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp

Process:

1. Flatten out chicken breast with a rolling pin so that they are even in width.
2. Apply the ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, garam masala and salt on the chicken.
3. Now, roll out in white flour, dip in egg and coat in bread crumbs and then fry for 15 minutes.
4. That’s it. Serve with chutney.
