Beetroot – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Lemon – 1

Process:

1. At first, wash the beetroot and chop into small pieces.
2. Then, deseed two tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
3. Now, put the beetroot and tomato slices in a mixer and grind till you get a fine smoothie.
4. Pour into a glass and add some lemon juice to it and stir.
5. That’s it. Your smoothie is ready!
