Many people ignore ear health but we say taking care of your ears should be a priority because they matter a lot and one won’t be able to recognize this until and unless he or she faces some trouble. All we are trying to say is that they need to be taken care of just like eyes and teeth.

So, we bought you this piece that tells you what to do and what not to do for good ear health. Give a quick read.

Do’s:

Make sure, you visit the doctor and get your ears checked regularly.

If you want to remove excess ear wax, see a doctor.

Use earplugs to protect your hearing around loud sounds.

Also, dry your ears after showering or swimming.

Do stay physically active. Staying physically active helps keep the heart and circulation system healthy, which helps keeps your ears healthy.

Don’ts:

Don’t put cotton swabs in your ear canal.

Don’t crank up your headphones.

If you are experiencing any pain or drainage from your ears — go to a doctor immediately.

Don’t smoke. Smoking is known to affect hearing through the circulation system.

Hearing loss is an increasing danger to younger individuals as well due exposure to loud sounds via ear buds. So make sure, you use earplugs.

Headphones are better than ear phones and also avoid long hours of usage
