Regular usage of high quality skin care can make a difference in the long run, but cannot overnight results particularly when it comes to a reducing signs of aging. Long-term change is not easy, but consistency is the key — especially when it comes to skin care.

For example:  Retinoids -They are known to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Some of the skincare resolutions:

  1. Apply sunscreen regularly respective to the season: Sunscreen is your most effective skin-care tool. With the consistent usage of sunscreen you can have a greatest impact in preventing accelerated aging and skin cancers.
  2. Don’t go to sleep with makeup : Sleeping with makeup on can cause many skin issues. Hence it is always recommended to remove makeup before going to sleep.
  3. Don’t use indoor tanning beds:  Indoor tanning significantly increases the risk of melanoma. Hence it is advisable to avoid usage of indoor tanning beds.
  4. Do amp up your routine with retinol and vitamin c: Vitamin c serum in morning and retinol at night is advisable to a healthy skin.
  5. Quit smoke: Smoking damages the skin.
  6. Don’t pick your skin when you are stressed: Skin picking can cause infection and scarring.
  7. Do winter-proof to your skin: Winter is the most challenging season for your skin. So it is recommended to use additional skin-care products in the winter.
