No evidence Covid-19 3rd wave will impact kids
There were many reports stating that Covid-19 may impact the kids but now all such speculations have been refuted. Dr VK Paul, one of the one of the key members of the PM’s Covid management team, speaking to India Today TV said, “It is uncertain that a wave would affect children specifically. Till now, children have displayed similar seroprevalence as adults, which means, they are as much affected as adults.”
AIIMS, Delhi Director Dr. Randeep Guleria, too, tried to clear the air. He said, “There has been no solid evidence to prove that children will be infected the most during the third Covid-19 wave.”
