Walking outdoors is one of the simplest form of exercises and it is a known fact. But do you think that going out for a walk amidst the deadly pandemic is good? Especially, when people are being advised to stay home to stay safe and follow all the necessary protocols suggested by health officials?

If you are questioning the same, fret not, you are not alone.

As per experts, going for an outdoor walk is not at all advisable right now but if your health demands you to do so, follow all appropriate social distancing methods, and you will be safe.

Also, experts’ advice to prefer early morning walks rather than in the evenings. And, maintain all necessary steps like wearing face masks without fail and maintaining social distance.

Another essential point to keep in mind while going out for a walk is to choose an open air space with a large area. Try to choose a time when there is no one in the park or the compound or your neighborhood. Also, don’t sit on the benches or touch any metal objects or any open-air gym equipment available there. And as soon as you reach home, immediately take a bath, sanitize everything and wash your clothes.
