Covid-19 in India: India is world’s top source of misinformation?
As per a study, over a year and a half into the pandemic, India has emerged as the largest source of Covid misinformation with one in six pieces of fake news coming out of the country.
The study found that the social media is the largest producer of misinformation.
On the other hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath tweeted that 60 districts in Uttar Pradesh have not recorded any fresh Covid-19 case in the last 24 hours.
