Children may also be at Covid risk, proper care is necessary
On Friday, the Union Health Ministry warned people about the children saying that they may be susceptible to the Covid-19 infection. Also, the ministry raised concern about the rising cases in several regions of the country.
During a press conference on the Covid-19 situation in the country, Health ministry joint secretary Lav Agarwal stressed that proper planning is needed to protect children from contracting the virus.
The Health ministry cautioned that the pandemic is far from over.
Mr. Agarwal said that many districts are still reporting a case positivity rate of more than 10 per cent.
