  4. Nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds are slowly gaining the recognition they deserve. Apart from the variety of health benefits, they offer, promoting hair health is one of the prominent benefits. They are a rich source of vitamins and antioxidants which can reduce hair fall and promote strength and growth.
  5. Salmon: Fatty fish such as salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids. Studies have shown the benefits of omega-3 in promoting stronger and thicker hair. The increase in strength can reduce hair fall, thereby enhancing growth.
