4. Try to avoid sugary foods and drinks because they can result in sharp changes in blood sugar levels that can cause a variety of cyclical symptoms like fatigue, headache, irritability tec.
5. Avoid caffeine too because it stimulates the production of stress hormones
6. Stay away from alcohol as well because it is packed with full of sugars, which can interfere with the metabolic system.

Stages of menopause:

There are three stages of menopause

  1. Per-menopause : per-menopause is the time leading up to menopause.
  2. Menopause : menopause occurs when you’ve stopped producing the hormones that cause your menstrual period an have gone without a period for 12 months in a row.
  3. Post-menopause : post-menopause is the time you’ve been without a menstrual period for 12 months.during this stage, menopausal symptoms, such as hot flashes, get milder or go away.

PCOD:

PCOD stands for the Polycystic Ovarian Disease. The cause of PCOD is still unknown.
