Good food leads to stronger and healthier bones. As simple as that. Also, one has to maintain good bone health because if not it impacts the overall health of the person. You must have noticed that many people often complain about the pains and aches in joints, spine, knee etc. we say, the best cure lies in the food.
Undeniably, poor bone health can cause conditions such as rickets and osteoporosis and increase the risk of breaking a bone from a fall later in life.
So, we bought a list of foods that you need to add to your diet to build strong and fit bones.
1. Calcium rich foods: A glass of milk and, a calcium-fortified cereal or milk that is high in fiber (>3g) and low in sugar would do wonders.
2. Fatty fish: These are excellent source of vitamin D and just a 3-ounce portion of fish provides more than 100% of the daily value of vitamin D.
3. Milk alternatives: You can start with almond, soy, cashew, or hemp milk or pick any milk alternative that is fortified with both vitamin D and calcium.
4. Vegetables, especially greens: Spinach, kale, lettuce anything green will make your bones super strong.

What is quadriparesis ?

Quadriparesis:
Quadriparesis is a condition in which you have muscle weakness in all four of your limbs (both legs and both arms). It refers to paralysis from the neck down, including the trunk,legs and arms.this condition is typically caused by an injury to the spinal cord that contains the nerves that transmit messages of movement and sensation from the brain to the other body parts of the body. It is also called tetraparesis, this weakness and diminished mobility can be temporary or permanent.
Other symptoms may include:
- Limp muscles that lack firmness (flaccid quadriparesis)
- Inability to walk
- Loss of bladder control
- Unusual stiffness or tightness of the muscles (spastic quariplegia)
- Lack of motor control
- Depressed reflexes
