Try this cluster beans soya chunk curry!

Curries are very common in our households as we cannot do without them. Then why not make them more delicious yet nutritious? So, this time, we bought this health-giving cluster beans soya chunk curry. Read on and give a try.

Ingredients:

Cluster beans – 100g (cut into 4 halves & boiled)
Soya chunks small – 10 – 11 no’s
Onion – 10g
Ginger garlic Paste – ¼ th tsp
Turmeric – ¼ th tsp
Red chilli powder – ¼ th tsp
Mustard Seeds – ¼ th tsp
Fenugreek leaves – 10g
Oil – 1 tsp

Process:

1. Boil soya chunks for about 2-3 minutes till they are tender.
2. Squeeze and drain the water out.
3. Boil Cluster beans for about 2 minutes and discard the water.
4. In a pan add oil, onions and cook till onions become transparent.
5. Now add fenugreek leaves and saute well.
6. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Red chilli powder and salt.
7. Add the boiled soya chunks to it. Mix well
8. Now add cluster beans and 150ml water
9. Leave it covered on medium flame for 10minutes till water gets evaporated.
10. That’s it. This curry can be taken along with rice or chapathi
