Delicious and healthy peanut salad recipe for you
In case if you don’t know, peanuts are great sources of protein, fats, fibre, magnesium, folate, Vitamin E, copper and Arginine. Also, they are known as “Good fats”. So, we bought the recipe of Peanut salad for you that offers amazing health benefits.
Benefits of Peanuts:
- Good source of protein
- Excellent source of biotin, which is good for hair and during pregnancy
- Good source of antioxidants like resveratrol, p-Courmaric acid and isoflavones
- Also contains good amounts of minerals like manganese, phosphorus and magnesium
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
Peanuts – 60g
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Salt – to taste
Kashmiri red chilli – 1/8th tsp
Chat masala – 1/4th tsp
Green chutney – ½ tsp
Onion – 2 tsp (finely chopped)
Sweet corn (boiled) – 2tsp
Pomogranate – 2 tsp
Potato- ¼ medium size boiled
Coriander – ½ tsp (chopped)
Raw mango (grated) – 1tsp
Lemon juice – ½ tsp
Process:
- Take a pan and boil water with turmeric, salt and peanuts
- Let it boil for 5-7 minutes
- Now drain excess water, and to the peanuts, add chilli powder, chat masala and green chutney.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, sweet corn, raw mango potato and coriander lemon juice and mix it well.
- That’s it. Peanut salad is ready. Serve it immediately and enjoy!
